We all had a beautiful time @3 keys villa. The signboard was welcoming.
The decor ... simple realistic and many diys ... a treasure for my daughter who loves diys.
The staircase is the centre of attraction for kids and us ❤❤ ... (though for elderly people it may be a bit difficult)
Toothpaste and brush can be kept in the bathrooms as not everyone carries the same. (suggestion)
Food was delicious and hot and we over ate.

"A Perfect place to stay- 3 keys villa"
Thanks to 3 key villa at Nashik. We have being to Nashik before. But this time we stayed at 3 key villa. We wanted to go to unexplored places in Nashik not the usual famous one. Owners of 3 key villa guided us accordingly keeping in mode we had kids with us. And they did an awesome job.
Anjaneri mountain trek and Vallonne Vineyard.
They also took us to fields where rice farming was happening.

The villa was superb for our one night stay. It had all the facility. The hospitality was very good. The cook/caretaker who's available 24 hours helped us a lot. The lunch and dinner was prepared by him. Thanks to the cook Sandhesh. The morning breakfast was proper for the sunday morning. Avanti was very supportive. She was down to earth. All the amenities provided was very good. The house was the perfect getaway place for bunch of people who wish to chill. The antiques placed inside the house were very much innovative. Everything was well decorated. I wish I could have extended the stay. Will definitely come back soon there.
First and foremost is approach towards clients.. which is *****..5 star.. Super,super experience talking with shweta..who is always reachable, and very cool to talk..

We had put up in 3keys villa enroute to Sangamner. It was pleasant experience, the villa is excellent and we'll maintained. It has facilities to provide comfort and can also be booked for holidays. The location is good you get homely food prepared by caretaker. The owners are very caring and excellent host. I recommend traveller to use facility if you happen to be around Nashik.

Thanks to the company owners, the entire experience was smooth. Had an excellent stay in 3 Keys Villa between Dec 29th to 1st Jan.
We were a family staying with an infant and elderly parents . The place is excellent location wise, with road touching the famous college road on one side. Nearly all places were walking distance in terms of amenities and there was even a nice restaurant only 2 min away. 5 Stars for the location.
The onsite Chef was helpful and always ready to help with breakfast and look out for our comfort. The breakfast was your usual fare and you need to tell him one day in advance what you'd prefer. The place also has a menu to order from for basic necessities.
The House itself is very cozy and family friendly. Nasik was cold and we spend the afternoon lazing on the lawn outside with the chill and sun beating on us. The Hotel owners came to say hello and provided us some special passes for the Sula Tour. This was very helpful as we breezed through all bottlenecks at Sula Vineyards.
The team behind this place knows whats service and there is no shortcut to guest comfort. Will be coming here back again for the homely feel.
Myself and two colleagues are here for an extended stay for work. There couldn't be a better location in the city. Pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops are a stone's throw away. Quiet lane in the vibrant core of College road. The staff are courteous, respectful and provide 5 star service. Excellent meal choices at excellent prices - Indian, continental and otherwise. The rooms and living spaces are kept exceptionally clean. The cherry on top for us is the attentive support and local resources provided by the host. Whether it was fitness centres, doctors, drivers, banks, or local knowledge, our hosts provided unparalleled guidance and recommendations immediatley - often personally escorting us and providing introductions. Look no further.
"Awesome Stay in Nashik"
Our friends decided to have a get together in Nashik and we found the place online. The villa is just beautiful will all the amenities that we could think of.
Interiors of the place are so well curated that it felt like we are at a friends place rather than rented house. The owner Avanti was very accomodating and offered us passes to Sula, which was icing on the cake.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is planning for a reunion or get together in Nashik

3 Keys Villa was an amazing find and I am thoroughly happy with our stay. The owners are amazing hosts and the villa was kept incredibly clean. If you are travelling to Nashik and want to experience more than just a hotel I 100% recommend this location.
“Exceptional, best option in Nashik”
We (my wife and kid) stayed at the villa for 5 days and the experience was exceptional. It's very well located in the heart of the city but the buzz of the city doesn't disturb you as the Villa is tucked in a by lane off the main road.
The place itself is awesome, big. clean with lovely flowers and plants adorning the garden. Th caretakers are excellent cooks and will charm you with their culinary skills.During our stay the lovely owners checked on us and made sure we were comfortable. They are very knowledgeable if you wish to plan an itenary and great to converse with. Don't miss the opportunity stay at 3 Keys if in Nashik instead of spending money at a hotel. This would be a complete relaxing package. Superb!
Better than 5 stars hotel!!!
3 Keys Villa is definitely my favorite place to stay in India. It is located at one of the most happening place in Nashik. There are pharmacy, Big Bazaar and tons of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a caretaker, Mr. Sandesh in the villa who can cook anything and anytime for you. The villa owners themselves came to meet me to check if everything is OK. I'm very thankful to their sincerity. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommended to everyone.
Peaceful, homely & comfortable. Eye-candy interiors to top it up.
We were a bunch of college friends, meeting after 2 long years, looking for a pleasant & comfy stay. We ruled out some quality hotels, opted for this villa and our experience has been nothing less than sterling. The owners are highly welcoming - we always felt like we were staying at a family house.
The house is beautifully designed to make you feel relaxed & private in the bedrooms while it has a huge verandah (attached to the master bedroom) for the social conversations.
Geographically, it is perfect - at a 2-min drive from all food joints & wine shop and a 15-min drive from the popular vineyards.
The furniture is minimalistic yet pleasing to the eye. It feels like looking at a dove-white canvas having carefully-sized colourful dots on it. The colours are complementing each other and it gives you a fresh, lively feel - perfect for a vacation. Kudos to the interior designer.
All in all, it has been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this place to friends & family.
P.S. - Grab the magazines lying around if you are the early bird of the group. A gigantic, wooden-carved chessboard, if there are 2 of you. :)
Amazing Spot in a great Neighbourhood
This was our permanent home for over 3 months while working in India. Amazing house with lots of room and amazing service. The food was great and the owners were great in welcoming us in India. I cannot say enough good things about 3 Keys Villa. We stayed in many hotels in Nashik but none were as good as 3 Keys Villa. If you need a place to stay in Nashik, do yourself a favor and stay here.
Super comfortable awesome and classy villa
It was an amazing experience overall staying in the villa. Its close proximity to the vineyards, nearby waterfall and good neighbourhood makes it a perfect choice for the family to spend a weekend.
The rooms are spacious and very well planned. Interiors are tastefully done. There are three bedrooms in all. One bedroom at the ground floor with the main sitting area and kitchen while two more bedrooms with a beautiful terrace overlooking the main road is on the first floor. All amenities function properly and no reminders were required for anything that we asked. Stuff that we needed were thought fully already arranged in the whole bungalow. The foyer of the villa is nicely done giving ample parking space for at least two sedans. There is a lot of greenery around making it cosy and comfortable. Weather in Nashik is very pleasant this time of the year.
We were a group of 7 with 2 kids. This villa is in a quiet Lane off the main road. There is no traffic noise although the main Road is easily accessible. All utility stores, shops are nearby making it very convenient to shop for emergency stuff that one forgets to carry at times.
Review of our stay would be incomplete without writing about the caretaker at the villa. He was very polite helpful and polite at all times. He is a good cook and we were treated to good meals on time. His pleasant and friendly demeanour added to the overall pleasant stay at the villa. Stay at this villa is definitely recommended. The hosts are very friendly too and visited us to check if we were comfortable.

The villa is tastefully done and maintained really well. The rooms are spacious and is perfect for a group of family or friends. What we loved personally was the attention to small details, the beautiful artifacts around the house,fresh flowers in the vases', books that are kept in the rooms and the gorgeous front lawn (perfect if you have kids). The owner is constantly in touch with you to ensure that the stay is comfortable and she was extremely accommodative with our request of late check out. The caretaker/cook Sandesh is attentive and cooks some amazing food (both veg and non veg) for reasonable cost. All in all, a perfect place to spend some quality time with your loved ones!

The entire feel was so homely. also the nepali Cook was at our BECK n CALL. The ambiance and the atrifacts was superb. Host were extra caring and went that extra mile to help us.

Visted Nashik on 7.7.18 and 8.7.18 with Friends and stayed at 3 keys Villa, Nashik and had a real good time. Though located in the centre of Nashik, it is peaceful and excellently maintained and in terms of cleanliness it is perfect. A 24x7 care taker ( Mr. Sandesh ) cooks tasty food and is well mannered. A well maintained garden area and terrace makes for good group games. The hosts Ms.Avanti and her husband visited us to enquire about our stay.
