3 Keys Villa as the name suggests is a Villa with three immaculate and beautifully appointed bedrooms. It boasts of a generous living space and stylish finishes. The lawn with the garden is the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The Villa is an ideal getaway to bond with your near and dear ones.
The 35 year old abode has all the modern utilities to add to your ease and comfort. The highlight of this retreat is its prime location i.e. College Road, which is one of the highly sought-after addresses in Nashik.
Each of the three luxurious air conditioned bedrooms is furnished with superior quality king size double bed with crisp white cotton linen. Fresh towels are provided to all guests. The bedrooms having large closets with an elegant dressing area can accommodate 2 adults with extra bedding available on request. All three bedrooms have en-suite (attached) bathrooms.
The kitchen is well equipped with premium finishes and professional grade appliances. One can enjoy gatherings in the generously sized adjacent dining area. Our in house cook is available on request round the clock to rustle up delicious meals to satisfy your taste buds.
The spacious lounge seats 10 people and overlooks the front yard paradise which is a garden with a lawn where the kids can enjoy their play while you sip your morning cuppa.
The 3 Keys Villa is located in the heart of Nashik city with access to shopping malls, local markets, restaurants and entertainment joints.
Sula Vineyards and Pandavleni Caves are just a 15 minutes drive from our Villa.
The idea of opening the doors of our home to travelers stemmed from our stay in a beautiful villa in Portsmouth, UK a couple of years back. Our stay was all cozy and snug. The experience was close knit as we were all together rather than in separate hotel rooms. On our return we realized that Nashik lacked such a space and then this idea translated into reality in the form of 3 Keys Villa.
This bungalow was built and designed by my father - Mr. Rajeev Deshmukh. We have made a lot of fond memories during our stay in this house and would like you to experience the same.
Me, Avanti Vaishampayan, a practicing Chartered Accountant and my husband, Aniruddha, a businessman have remodeled my childhood house into 3 Keys Villa. It served as a medium for Aniruddha to apply his artistic sensibilities in creating a serene and sophisticated space which will embrace you with the warmth and intimacy of a home. Nashik has become the center of attraction because of its beautiful surroundings and cool and pleasant climate. Nashik has been famous from many years for its mythological, historical and cultural importance. From the recent times, Nashik has gained a new identity on the world map for being the Wine Capital of India with many famous vineyards.
Nashik has a lot of holy places to visit like Panchavati, Trimbakeshwar, Vani, Shirdi along with the numerous Vineyards and the ancient Pandavlena caves. The Gargoti museum is only 30 minutes drive away from the villa.

Thanks to the company owners, the entire experience was smooth. Had an excellent stay in 3 Keys Villa between Dec 29th to 1st Jan.
We were a family staying with an infant and elderly parents . The place is excellent location wise, with road touching the famous college road on one side. Myself and two colleagues are here for an extended stay for work. There couldn't be a better location in the city. Pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops are a stone's throw away. Quiet lane in the vibrant core of College road. The staff are courteous, respectful and provide 5 star service. Excellent meal choices at excellent prices - Indian, continental and otherwise. The rooms and living spaces are kept exceptionally clean. The cherry on top for us is the attentive support and local resources provided by the host. Whether it was fitness centres, doctors, drivers, banks, or local knowledge, our hosts provided unparalleled guidance and recommendations immediately - often personally escorting us and providing introductions. Look no further.

3 Keys Villa is definitely my favorite place to stay in India. It is located at one of the most happening place in Nashik. There are pharmacy, Big Bazaar and tons of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a caretaker, Mr. Sandesh in the villa who can cook anything and anytime for you. The villa owners themselves came to meet me to check if everything is OK. I'm very thankful to their sincerity. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommended to everyone.
